WHAT TO WEAR?
Dress according the weather conditions. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
It worth checking the weather forecast in advance.
IF THE WEATHER IS BAD…
We usually don’t get frightened of a short shower or some clouds ;)
But in case of awful, chilly, stormy weather and in case of the orange or red warning of the OMSZ, we look for an other convenient tour date together.
If you are uncertain, you can call us.
However, we can guide groups in any weather circumstances, if you wish so!
IF I DON’T GET TO THE MEETING POINT IN TIME…
Well, please try to be there in time, do not make others wait for you.
If you are late after all….it worth taking a look around the meeting point.
HOW DO I PAY?
You can pay the fee directly to the tour guide, at the tour, in cash, in HUF.
If you need an invoice please let us know in advance by sending the address of the invoice via e-mail (name-company, address, tax-number).
I HAVE TO PEE, I HAVE A HEADACHE…
Please trust your guide.
It is the guide’s duty to help you solve all these cases during the tour.
WHAT IS THE LATEST DATE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Basically even in the very last moment! It worth to write us or call us anytime.
I WANT TO MAKE NOTES, PHOTOS, VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDINGS…
During our tours you can make photos everywhere, if not, your tour guide will let you know.
At some special places however, you need authority permission to make video recordings, so please let us know if you really want so. Making notes and audio recordings is only allowed with the official permission of the budapest beyond sightseeing. Re-using any kind of information what was heard during the tour without our written permit ion is strictly prohibited.
I WILL ONLY DO THE HALF OF THE TOUR…
You can. But please let the guide know if you are leaving. Please also say goodbye to the group mates.
The complete fee has to be paid.
USEING MOBILES, SMOKING…
None of them is prohibited. But please consider that there are others around you. Please at interior places and visits turn down your phone and do not smoke.
WALKING AND TRAVELING TOGETHER…
It is the guide’s duty to take care of you during the sightseeing tour. Please make his/her job easier and do not: cross the red-light / run foreward or drop behind and do keep the traffic rules, etc...
